Great products
5This is my second pack of diet shakes and I cannot speak highly enough. They taste great, they fill me up and best of all I am losing weight at a nice steady rate that I can keep off. I have decided to do two shakes a day plus evening meal which gives me the option to go to three shakes a day twice a week when I get to that time that the weight loss slows right down. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone.

5After 20 years of different diets with various results, I decided to try these shakes. A colleague of mine has lost 3 stone with Exante diet and loves them so I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered a 4 week supply of gluten free shakes and waited. The day they arrived in a big box I was very excited, and after sorting through the different flavours I settled to try a mint chocolate shake. What I like about these shakes is that they are water based not milk based, a bonus in my mind because you can carry a pouch with you and either buy water or carry that with you too, so easy. The mint chocolate mixed amazingly well and oh my...tasted great too. I am only at the start of a very long journey to lose a lot of weight and I know it will take a while,but I think I have found a shake and meals that I can enjoy for my journey towards a healthier, lighter and happier me. 5These are the first gluten free shakes I have seen and they are very tasty. It's so nice to have a variety of shakes and not just the old chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Well done you for such a great selection and great taste.

4wksupply of shakes
4Received my box of shakes earlier than expected.I was impressed with the variety and was not dissatisfied with the taste although I have trouble with the mixing always seem to end up with little bits not mixed in but it does not really affect the taste.

Make life easy
5The best thing about using exante shakes is the variety and convenience. It's practically impossible to accurately calculate calories correctly. With exante not only do you have exact calorie count but you have the assurance that you are getting all the nutrients you need in order to loose weight safely - that's the best assurance of permanent change. Normally you get products which have 2 or three flavours exante has loads of flavours so you actually make a choice - making choices is an important element in feeling in control and when you're in control you stick at it.

2nd week in
5Have enjoyed all the different flavour shakes & the bars, have tried a couple of meals & the curry & rice is just like what I would have at an Indian restaurant. Looking forward to trying more varieties soon.

Fast weight loss
5I ordered 3 lots of the 4 week packs when on special offer as I have a lot of weight to lose. I was a little scared in case they were really disgusting and I was then stuck with 3months supply! I needn't have worried as the shakes are great when mixed with the exante shaker and with a variety of flavours it isn't boring. I haven't felt hungry at all which has been a real shock!! I have only done a week so far but lost an amazing 1st 1lb...in a week! So that has given me a great first weigh in and motivation for carrying on. Looking forward to many more losses as I aim for my target weight.

Amazing
5Over the years I have tried many diets,some partially successful some not, but the one thing that they all had in common was how difficult they were. So I was not over optimistic when I decided to try Exante. However as I really needed to loose weight I decided to give Exante a try as the pounds have been steadily creeping on. I have been amazed how easy it was to stick to Exante. The shakes are so delicious with a great range of flavours, but also very easy & quick to prepare whether you are at home or out & about. I liked the fact that you could have them with Exante's range of meals or with low calorie meals that you prepare yourself. I was amazed how quickly I have lose weight without having to go hungry & it fits into my lifestyle. Although I have not reached my ideal weight yet--- I have only been on this diet for 3 weeks---I am optimistic that I will be able to reach my goal.

quick and tasty
5mixed box of shakes - so tasty, refreshing when made with extra cold water ( from out of the fridge) - especially in this hot weather, inspires you to lose weight, feel good about yourself
