My thoughts
4Nearing the end of my second week and have to admit this is one of the easiest plans I have followed and the visible changes in such a short time are nothing short of miraculous. I am enjoying most of the products, but some of the hot meals are really hard to swallow as they are disgusting. I feel that my money will not be going to waste as on so many previous occasions.

First 2 weeks
5More than pleased with bathroom scales following first 2 weeks of the plan. Seeing the result so far has given me more inspiration. Whether it is 'mind over matter' but I am not craving for food in between. I have a good mind and will continue with the plan. Have not felt any side effects at all.

Diet pack
1Don't waste you money! The worst diet ever! Don't expect that your meals will look like on the photos you can see on the website. Taste horrible!!! You are not able to eat it!!!

Exante 4 week pack
4First few days were hard but after 7 days feel great and lost half a stone, very happy. Some of the products were wasted out of the 4 week pack as the taste wasn't good, but most of it is ok. Not feeling hungry at all

Good variety
5All in all I like this diet. Makes life so much easier although the first week is a killer whilst you get used to it. The mixed pack has a great selection of shakes, bars and soups as well as sweet & savoury meals. I've just bought another box I liked it so much !

Could be better
2I ordered a 4 week VLCD. I like the meal replacement bars and drink mix. The soups and other "solid" meals leave much to be desired. They are tasteless or taste bad. The shakes are alright but many of them are too salty, which is a word I never thought I would use to describe a shake. The food came in a box with no letter or instructions as to what to eat on a daily basis. It would be nice to have had a suggested meal plan if only as a basic guide. Were I to order again from Exante, I would just have the meal replacement bars and maybe some shakes. The other foods are just unpalatable.

Excellent Variety
5Very impressed with all the meal options available. From the delicious shakes to the scrummy dinner options to the tasty snack bars. I though i would really struggle but i haven't missed conventional food at all. Ive just placed a top up order to extend my time on Exante as i can really see results- hello summer body.

Very pleased
5Very pleased with the pack - a variety of products to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So far I haven't come across anything I haven't liked - the cereal, eggs and porridge are my fave breakfast choices and the spag bol, carbonara and beef and black bean my fave dinners. The jam and yoghurt bar is delicious and I wish I had more! Also the gooey choc pudding - yum! First week in and 6 pounds down - delighted!
