Ok..
3I bought this after reading good reviews. As a person who doesn't eat diet food, I struggled with the taste. Maybe for you if you are used to eating diet food. My problem was my face came out in a rash and left my eyes very puffy. I must have an allergy for something. Make sure you're in the right mindset before starting.

First timer
5This was the most cost efficient way of trying Exante for 4 weeks and I had no idea of what the products were like. It gave a fairly good mix of what is available. I enjoyed the meals, which I had at night, very much and if I was a little hungry at that time added a couple of desert spoons of couscous just to pad it out a bit or once or twice had a desert as well making four packs not 3. Some of the sweet things I found too sweet - but I don't normally eat a lot of this type of food any way. The mix of sweet and savoury was a bit too laden towards the sweet for me so I placed an additional order so that I could have a 'proper' breakfast and dinner, i.e. porage and meals. This has been much easier to do round my normal routine. I haven't been a great lover of soups but these have been lovely and are usually my lunch of choice. The bars are handy if you know you are going to be out and about. The things I've really LOVED have been the shepherds pie, raspberry porage, apple and cinnamon porage and the gooey choc pudding - had to be one proper sweet thing! The only item I won't finish are the vanilla cupcakes. I like the fact that the prep instructions are on the front of the packet and easy to find but would warn others (like me) who have a high power microwave to cut down cooking times - that comes with experience and practice! I also don't know how practical this is but would it be possible to put the common water measurements needed on the shaker? All in all? Fantastic! Lost 6lbs first week and probably will be 2-3 this week (my second) and somebody who didn't know I was doing the diet has noticed already - and I've got 4 stone to lose! I also feel better as well. The amazing thing is I'm big waisted and tummed and it's going noticeably from there too.

Item substituted
3Shame that the only item I wanted, IE, the blackcurrant drink powder was substituted by the orange, which I'd already ordered, without any communication. Can't fault value of items as whole, but Exante repeatedly advertise packs containing items that AREN'T available.

Fabulous choice
5I was a bit wary of purchasing a mixed pack, especially as some of the meals could be different to the list but I was pleasantly surprised at the great choice you get in these packs. There are very few meals i don't like but I like to choose my own and this is a great way of trying products you wouldn't necessarily pick.

Exceeded All My Expectations
5I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought my 4 week mixed pack. I had experience of diet food in the past and I wasn't expecting much in the way of taste. How wrong I was! the food was very easy to prepare, the puddings were delicious and so were the meals and shakes. The bars are like fudge and so filling. I lost 8 pounds in the first week and I am confident that I will lose the 2 stone. Absolute faves are; Spaghetti Bolognaise Curry and rice Carbonara Ham mushroom and pasta soup Apple crumble & custard Gooey Chocolate pud Goodey Caramel pud Cupcakes Jam and yoghurt bar Chocolate bar Lemon bar All the shakes Chicken soup There was only a couple of things I didn't like! I'm planning for my next order.

Would be great but....
2This diet sounds perfect, all your nutritional needs met with 3 sachets a day! One problem! They taste awful, especially the breakfasts! Can just about palate the mains but have a had to skip the breakfasts all together (everything tastes either too salty or too sweet) Luckily got this on a deal, but im still questioning if this was an actual "deal" or not?

A great introduction to the meals
5I got this pack as it had a wide variety of meal packs for me to try. I did a VLCD years ago and the only options were shakes so I was surprised that there are meals, eggs and even cupcakes on the menu! I have been following it for nearly 3 weeks now and lost about 10lb and am really pleased with that as I had been dieting before I started and had already lost a fair bit of weight. Obviously it's not as tasty as real food but it's all edible and I like the mix of sweet and savoury meal options.

4 week vlcd
4I received my 4 week mixed diet pack and started it on the 18/01/2016. I really enjoyed all the meals, shakes, breakfast and deserts and looked forward to trying each one. The bars i found awful! Very funny after taste so i gave them to my friend and she thoroughly enjoyed them. I lost 11lbs in my first week!! I did do 20 mins of light exercise as they say to do. By the second week i had lost a stone. Family and friends are now interested in this diet since seeing my weight loss journey.

Surprised
4I am quite surprised with this diet. Firstly for the price, secondly because the meals are tasty. I'm only on my 2nd week, I haven't been feeling hungry. I've lost 2lbs so far and very determined to lose more and stick to it.

My 4 week box
5I've decided to try exante diet over the Cainbridge diet. Purely the fact of being on the Cainbridge diet for over three years on and off. The diet is great but got very board of their products day in day out and the fact the consultant you see each week was draining my time in my busy work roll and family life. Now the beauty of exante is .... More product range, tasty meals, next day delivery and no consultant to meet every week to get product. I highly recommend this for fast acting results. I will be inviting family and friends.
