5Having tried alternative products, the Exante fits in with me perfectly. I love the huge range of products to choose from, and so many can be had on the run, which fits in with busy working people. The starter pack is a brilliant idea, fantastic vale & offers most products for you to reorder & select your favourites. Repeat orders also offer super savings. As well as a huge range, what other diets are as tasty, especially the desserts... Chocolate pudding just YUM! I am Hooked !

5After weighing up numerous different Low Calorie diet plans I am so glad I opted for Exante. Having done shake only versions of this diet in the past, and really struggled with not being able to 'chew', this diet has been perfect for me. I love that you have actual meals for each sitting and the variety within the 6 week pack has stopped me from becoming bored. I especially like the fact I can enjoy a 'pizza' on a Friday night with out feeling guilty! 2 weeks into the 6 week plan and I am 11lbs down and feeling great.

5This pack is brilliant I am really enjoying it. There is a massive variety and the meals are really tasty. It really helps to actually chew and eat something as oppose to just doing shakes :) hoping to post after pictures soon!

Choice
5There is a lot more variety than the last time I did the diet some 3-4 years ago and a lot of work in getting the choices to resemble the dishes. I had the pasta carbonara this morning and was very tasty.

Good overall
4Great selection of products to ensure you have a very wide choice. Removes the annoyance of having to think ahead of what meals to have, get the ingredients and then cook them. Very good prices. The food surprisingly fills you up and satisfies you. Makes you feel good where you get the right balance of vitamins etc. Downside - you can taste the minerals/proteins in all of the food, so all foods have that in common. The banana milkshake is good! Though I had to order that seperately as it didn't come with the pack. I could quite easily live off of the milkshakes as they are so filling! I'm very impressed. Never thought I could do a diet like this but it is very good. I'm hoping the vitamin/mineral taste doesn't make me struggle with the foods after a while, I don't think it will.

5My daughter and I are on the 600 cals per day menu, I have to say this is the best diet ever, Exante have come on in leaps and bounds since the last time we dieted (years ago) the meals are so yummy and excellent value, well done Exante, I'm off to Spain at the end of the month and I might get some Exante delivered to me there.
