5My fave savoury product, I add dry fry onions, chilli flakes and a little sweet chilli sauce.. substantial and filling.

Surprisingly good
4After reading some of the reviews I was worried about trying these, during the first time cooking them I was still worried as they looked runny and bland! However, I really like them. Now I mix in some chopped kale and spring onions from the start so they are cooked too, and stir through a chopped tomato once ready. Ends up being a decent portion including some veg.

5This is probably one of my favourites, I add a bit of sweet chilli sauce and a few chilli flakes. Yummy and satisfying.

Just not for me
2I'm Loving all the sweetie type meal replacements but I don't like this one bit.. Strange sickly taste, shame I brought 7! Ahh well, you can't like everything I suppose!

Fairly tasty
4I've never got high expectations on diet powder type meals but this us actually OK. I put a few more herbs in to give it a bit more flavour but I would buy this again whilst on this diet. Think Pot Noodle!!

5The sweet and sour meal replacement is one of my favourites with authentic taste and texture. Very satisfying and I feel I’ve had a meal after eating them . Just love these.
