Out of all the Exante products I find the sweet and sour noodles with some added zero noodles an absolute lifesaver when I really need somthing filling. They taste fab and restore my faith that I can do this. It can be hard at times to stay on plan but with a couple of go to dishes for when it gets tough this can make the difference. I have been on man plan for 5 weeks and lost a staggering 3st 8lbs!

I am fussy with food but this was very nice. I liked the consistency and added some dried pepper which made it even more enjoyable. If you make it right- its really tasty and filling, just make sure you watch it in the microwave as the water bubbles over fairly fast. Stop the microwave every 20 seconds or so to avoid overflow..

When I first made this I was a little unsure as it did not look as shown in the picture. To be fair I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the taste, I was glad that there is some texture to this.

As a virtual ' newbie ' to this sort of replacement meal i am extremely , pleasantly surprised how filling and tasty they are. Very practical to make and economical to buy/ non expensive as so many other rival companies can be. Just wish i hadnt took so long to discover exante!!. This one is my favorite, real easy to mix. I do add a little ‘ENCONA Hot Pepper Sauce, lovely. Cooking Instructions on Web Site. Empty the packet into a bowl and add 160ml (5.4 fl.oz) of warm water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again and microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before consuming. Cooking Instructions on Packet.. Mix with 230ml of boiling water. Microwave for 11/2 minutes (800w) then stir. Microwave for a further 11/2 minutes (800w). Stand for 1minute, now enjoy. Take your pick on which cooking instruction to follow.
