was OK!
3the meal options on EXANTE are not great! bars, snacks and desserts are yummy but the meals are very under average. This soup is probably my favourite our of all the options they have but i would only rate this 5/10.

4This is a rich and pleasant tasting soup . Can be enhanced ,if required, with a sprinkle of cumin or cayenne or both.

5This soup is my favourite. I love sweet potatoes but not so keen on butternut squash but the flavours combined taste amazing. Its nice and thick and creamy,just like a soup should be. Love,love,love it.

Weird
2Needs a lot more water than stated as it's so lumpy and thick. Not much of a flavour, quite bland. Would probably work well made into a paste and baked in 2 thin circles to make 'bread'. Seasoning would probably help to bring out the flavour

5This is such a tasty soup!! Wasn’t lumpy at all, I used a whisk to mix mine which made it perfect, very filling too!!

Delicious
5My first Exante soup. I make my own vegetable soups so I was a bit dubious about trying this, especially having had unpleasant experiences with supermarket packet soups. I needn't have worried, it was delicious and lovely and warming. I was just back from a walk and this was exactly what was wanted. Very satisfying too and kept me full all afternoon. I'll be trying the other soups in the range now.

Not the best!
2Like another reviewer said, I’m confused as to why there are so many high scoring reviews about this soup. I generally love soup and was really looking forward to this meat free veggie one. However, it disappointed. It was bland, tasteless, powdery, lumpy and did not at all taste like butternut squash or sweet potato. Maybe next time if I purchase an Exante soup, I’ll try preparing it on the hob, as another reviewer suggested. However this soup did keep me filled up, hence 2 stars instead of 1.
