Fajita Time

The only reason that I have given it 4*'s instead of 5 is that I am not a fan of having to mix the tortilla dry powder with water and rolling it out and all the mess that that produces (for me.) I do not have a silicone rolling pin so I had to roll between cling film to stop it sticking which then made it difficult to handle and had in fact had to re-roll again. As anyone who makes pastry knows, one would need to 'flour' the board and pin before rolling. I got there in the end and the finished product was filling and tasty and I will have again.
