I love the Indian Daal Pot meal. It is so convenient, I take mine to work for lunch. Just like a pot noodle, but much better taste and better for you. All to 200 calories. I like to add extra spices to mine to give it a real tasty boost ( but I love spicy Indian food).

I was pleasantly surprised how good this daal pot was. After reading a few bad reviews on it I was a bit reluctant to try it but I am pleased I did dont get me wrong it's not amazing.

I love this with extra chopped fresh chillies and corriander. When using my 200 calories I use low calorie wraps to dip into it like im having dhal and chappatti. serve yourself the meal on a nice deep plate dish, a portion of salad and a wrap to make it the perfect meal or just the pot itself if you like and its still perfect. this is coming from someone asian so i can verify its a good one x
