Like a ready meal
4This makes a good portion, with a nice consistency, similar to what you'd find in a standard ready meal for example. I found the flavour a little bland, but added some garam masala spice to it which perked it up a treat

5This was my first meal on this diet. Both my wife and myself are trying this together. It far exceeded my expectations and definitely made me think, yes, I can do this! Eating for me is not a necessity, I find eating boring and a chore as food does not excite me in the slightest. This meal was delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed it and got very excited each time I got a hit of coriander! It truly was a pleasure to eat. I personally would not cook it for as long as the packet states as you find it's rather overcooked. I also bulked this up with Bare Naked rice which for a 150g portion is zero fat and 12 calories.

5An absolutely beautiful curry! I did prefer to ignore the cooking instructions and cook it in a saucepan, however, as I could then control the consistency of the sauce. But regardless of how you cook it, it will taste amazing. The portion size was pretty decent too

4Vlcds have moved on..This is really tasty with a bit if heat.. I can remember trying another well known product and finding I'd rather eat nothing than eat the bland tasting sachets

Just like a takeaway!
5I ordered a selection and like most diet meals I thought they would be bland. They were definitely not! The Indian style curry had the real taste and flavour of an Indian curry from the takeaway, you almost feel like your cheating! I am hooked and its not expensive either when I consider how much I used to spend on a weekly shop I am actually saving money and feeling better than I have in years.
