Pasta Carbonara
3The carbonara wasn't the worst thing I've ever eaten although it was quite watery and the pasta was still crunchy. I think next time I'll add less water and cook it for longer.

4One of my favourite meals. I gives mines less time I'm the microwave than stated on the pack otherwise it dries out. When I take it out of the microwave it's a little watery but I leave it five minutes till it's a nice temperature for eating and it thickens up nicely. It has a strong flavour but is good after only having shakes and bars. I'd buy again.

Best meal option
5Just love it! Use a bit less water than guidance suggests otherwise it can be too watery, but fab flavour and my favourite by far.

4I really like this, it's a bit salty but I can live with that. Add in a slice of wafer thin ham to make a more authentic carbonara

5This is scrumptious. I definitely recommend throwing a bit of pepper on it, but the flavour is otherwise just what I'm after! Very creamy and lovely. If the noodles seem a bit firm, I'd say just give them a bit longer to soften up. If you're on the fence, I say go for it! I wish I had gotten more!

Not bad!
4Compared to some of the other meals I have tried, this one is actually edible! After nearly throwing up with some of the others I am very relieved to find something that I can realistically eat on a regular basis. If you're looking to try this diet I would recommend stocking up on these (and avoiding the noodles at all costs).
