Itsa pasta my testa
5Definitely one of the better tasting meals. Certainly satisfying. Was more like soup than the picture portrays, nevertheless, I enjoyed it. Next time, I will either leave to soak for longer than the recommended five minutes, or add less water. Will be having again soon.

Tasty and filling
5This is a really nice lunch meal - fills you up and doesn't taste like diet food as you get to feel like you're eating pasta and cheese (which I normally have to avoid!) I reqally enjoy this and it's quite easy to make in the microwave. I sometimes put a bit extra water in if I want it more 'saucy'

4I am due to start my exante diet on Monday (20/4/15) but on the Saturday I just couldn't wait and just had to try the carbonara as it is my favourite (normal) meal..... I had read all the reviews and saw that nearly everyone loved it, but was still a bit sceptical, I mean, it is a meal replacement diet after all, maybe they mean it's nice for a diet meal.... But no, it is actually really nice, I agree with the lady who said it is a bit salty, but I like this and it does make you drink more water, which is good. I was a bit disappointed with the portion size but apparently this is expected at the beginning but once you get into it it's just the right amount and filled you up. if all the meals are like this the diet will be a doddle, can't wait for Monday 

4This is not at all bad, certainly the flavour is like the real thing but I found it a little watery and the portion smaller than some of the others.

5This meal is really yummy! It is one of my favourite Exante meals. I am not always easy to please when it comes to foodstuffs, but the carbonara is a winner into book. Cheers, Exanté chefs. 

A bit too runny
3I was really looking forward to this, as I find the meals containing 'meat' really have an aftertaste that I don't like. However, what I got was - albeit tasty - soup with a few bits of pasta in it. I have tried making it with less water, but it still comes out like soup. I am going to try simmering it a pan as another reviewer suggests to see if this improves things. But quite honestly, I find the pasta, ham and mushroom soup comes out thicker, even though there is twice the amount of liquid! I shant be getting this again.

4I didn't have very high expectations for this meal, but it was amazing! Best carbonara I've ever had! The portion size is rather small though, so 4/5 stars

Tasty
5I have had trouble making this in the microwave, so I do it in a saucepan on the hob and it is much more successful and you can stop it boiling over. I let it soak in the boiling water for a good five minutes to soften the pasta before cooking, otherwise it doesn't absorb the water and it comes out rather watery. It's a little salty to me, but tasty especially when you add some fresh herbs like chives and parsley and a few grinds of black pepper. I had it with some freshly steamed asparagus tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Obviously you can't add veg if you are on Total Solution.

4I liked this. After first try I seemed to have soup. So the next time I added less water and it was perfect. It tastes quite nice (of course not as good as the real thing) but would have again. Probably not too often though
