Great Porridge
5I can't understand some of the reviews saying this is 'gloopy, oily, awful texture, scrambled egg' etc. Like with all vlcd meals you have to work out how best to cook the product for yourself and not just blindly follow the instructions on the pack regardless each time you have it. I find this porridge is great if microwaved for just two minutes, and stirring a few times. No awful texture or any of the other words used. It tastes great, and is just the same as the apple and original porridge in texture. I love the exante porridges, and the vanilla cereal, they make it seem like I am having a proper breakfast and they are pretty filling too. I really hope that exante don't listen to all the bad reviews for this, and they don't discontinue it.

Raspberry eggs.
1Positive first: it smelt delicious. Downside: it was a gross eggy mess. Texture was really wrong, congealed in your mouth. Stuck it out for about 3 spoonfuls befor it went in the bin.

Dislike, alot
1The texture I believe is the main reason I really dislike these...just all kinds of wrong, almost egg like in texture, I am trying to swop the 15 I have for something else, with other members...

Yummy
5Not sure why others have had a problem with this as I find this to be the most like real porridge out of the three choices available. When it looks "split" I put it back in the microwave for another minute under a lower setting. The key is to stir it a few times in the first two minutes of cooking. It is also very filling.

2These smell lovely but the texture it really awful, not how porridge should be and reminds me of the texture of egg custard !! I will preserve with them but wouldn't buy again

1First day of the diet and tried the raspberry porridge. Now I can eat most things but this was hard to get down. The consistency was horrible, it seemed to split and was like eating rubbery scrambled eggs with a perfumed taste. I've got 4 more of these to eat so after reading other reviews I will try making them into biscuits instead. Quite disappointed really but am hoping the other products will be much better.

Not Good
1I am eating the porridge as I write this and I am very disappointed. I have previously done Slim and Save and their banoffee porridge is amazing which is why I tried this one. Big mistake. . The consistency is like over cooked scrambled egg, slimey and is actually making me gag. I've eaten 2/3rds of it and I may just put the rest in the bin. I have 9 more packs of this gulp to eat.

2this product is awful, taste is ok, but the consistency yagh, it is like scrambled egg mayonnaise, it splits and texture is just awful;(

Mixed feelings ha
3Ok so this porridge tastes pleasant (I love apple cin and original) I ordered it to try after seeing some bad reviews but my sister told me it tastes of raspberry doughnuts so I thought ooo .. I agree with her on the taste but the texture is very unpleasant it was split and eggy but some may like that I didn't but I still managed to eat it refusing to waste it so on taste this up texture thumbs down !!
