Stuffing?
1I'm going to start by saying I hate stuffing. I made these up like a burger, but super thin. Because I couldn't seem to cook the mix to a point where it wasn't "soggy" in the middle. I probably overcooked it to be honest. I ate half & had to throw the rest away. It wasn't pleasant. I can't describe the flavour... some have likened it to stuffing - herby and pungent... but I don't like stuffing so I can't compare directly. But maybe that's why I couldn't stomach it. Shouldn't really be called sausage mix... just because they've shaped it into sausage shapes doesn't make it a sausage. The mix is also really disgusting when after it's been sitting for 5 mins. So sticky.

Really good flavour!
4I was skeptical about trying these as I had no idea what to expect when I added the mix and water together, I left for five minutes and came back to what can only be described as a brown thick paste. I molded into a sausage shape and fried in my regis stone pan on each side until all sides were nice and brown, I prodded with my fingers to make sure that the middle was solid and took off the heat. Cutting into the sausage, the smell was very strong (almost Cumberland sausage like) and when I tasted.. it was delicious! The flavour is very strong, and although strong not overpowering by any means. A delicious change to the standard meals. The only gripe I have is that there is no way you will make four decent sized sausages from the amount of mixture one packet creates, I got one fairly decent sized sausage from it, and as such this would not be ideal if you were really very hungry. 4 out of 5 Exante! If only there was more! :) Harry

Worth a try
3Difficult to explain the flavour, it was very strong, I guess I would liken it to a sort of stuffing mix flavour. I didn't quite like it so won't be buying again, but would recommend it's worth trying once to see if you like it.

Not great
2Even wit the right amount of water the sausage was soggy inside. Taste was poor.

Surprisingly good
5Was apprehensive, but mix makes nice tasting sausage/haggis type dish. Can't make 4 sausages from it though, maybe 2 or 3 smaller ones

YUM YUM
5I didn't think I was going to like these, but I did!! Almost had a very very slight haggis taste about them, and being Scottish, this went down a treat!! Now ordering more 

Love them
5The consistency wasn't quite sausage like but I'll try with less water next time, but the taste was delicious. Really well seasoned and yummy, will definitely get some more of these.

Superb
5Really love these. Once you get use to the consistency they are easy to prepare and make. I like to form them into a sausage shape in cling film sprayed lightly with 1Cal. Very sticky if you try to form these in your hand.

Better then expected
4These were actually quite nice which I was suprised about. I ended up making them in to patties instead of sausages as I find they would have been too soft for me as sausages. They smelt and had a taste a little like cumberland sausages.
