5I love this meal, even without spices it is lovely and because it has peices in it, it feels like yout actually eating proper food

Realistic
5The ready meals are the best part of Exante; it feels much more like eating normally. This is a really one of the best meals - the spaghetti tastes like normal spaghetti, which is a welcome change from shakes/puréed food/porridge.

4Not too bad but quite bland so added some chilli, nearly as good as the shepherds pie and so far these are the only two I can say are fairly tasty out of the ready meals tried so far

3.5 stars really
4Much better (and less salty) than the Carbonara. Spag Bol is one of my favourite meals but this flavour reminded me of the tomato soup you get from vending machines. It was much better though once some herbs were added.

4i think these shakes are very helpful as i have lost some size. all my friends mentioned that i lost size.without them knowing that i was on exante diet. i will stay carry it on to achieve my goal. thank you

Spaghetti Bolognese
4This is really tasty! I didn't use all the water to start with, and instead added it as it cooked. I then left it for 10 minutes and the pasta looked like real pasta! I will maybe add some more garlic & herbs next time.

5Probably the most appealing both aesthetically and in taste! My favourite of all the ready meals. A substantial portion, too.
