Sickly Sweet and Sour
1Got this in my 4 week starter diet pack. Have liked most of the meals so far. Only 2 that I really don't like and this is one of them I'm afraid. Texture, taste, smell, just awful. I still feel sick 4 hours later. Couldn't finish it, binned it. Definitely wouldn't buy and I'm not using the ones I have left either. Sorry :(

Pros and Con
4This was one of the first non-soup meals I had from exante... And it was good! Pros: Taste is lovely, spice is great, noodles are a great consistency. Con: Texture of the meat substitute is a little.. kind of not good. It's a bit rubbery. Really, with the soup being so delicious otherwise, I'd like it more without any of the meaty bits at all. BUT that's a very personal thing, and if handed another bowl of this in the future, I would certainly enjoy it.

4I decided to make this in a pan, as I think my microwave isn't working too well and I have had porridge boiling over (must use bigger bowl), so I added the water and cooked it until it was the right consistency. It tastes pretty good and savoury, and I added some side salad to make a nice lunch. This was nearly 8 hours ago and it's kept me going all the time. Usually I am desperately hungry by now!

Nice
4It reminds me of a sweet version of a spaghetti bolognese. It didn't really have a "sour" element to it. I do love the "meaty" texture and noodles that makes me feel like I'm eating actual food and it's filling.

5I really like this one. The sauce has a lovely flavour to it. I can't actually say it has a strong sweet and sour flavour. By that I mean the sourness , or vinegary taste is subtle. In my opinion this is good. I have now ordered loads of them as they are my favourite.
