Really Good
4Easy to use and tasted great. takes away calorie counting making everything more realistic. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to simple loose weight :)

5:2 diet pack

5I have done the 5:2 diet before and really struggled to stick within the calorie limit of 500/600kcal per day with food but these shakes make it soo easy! They are tasty and really creamy/milky considering they are made with water aswell. I blend mine with plenty crushed ice and serve in a fancy glass with a straw, yummy! I love all the flavours! Lost 3lbs so far and can't wait to see the end results :)

Excellent service
5The delivery service is excellent. Came next day and I was kept fully informed as to time of arrival. The bars are yummy. My favourite is the cookies and cream. Have only had one of them in a week but it has been hard not to have more as they are scrumptious. The shakes are good and the meals are better than I thought they would be. The sweet and sour noodles are my favourite. Enjoying the diet so far.

5I have just finished my 4 week 5-2 diet and found your shakes to be the only ones I've tried to really able me to stick to the '2 fast' days, and really great flavours.

Exante milkshakes
3The diet itself seems like a good easy diet to follow. instructions were fab and I understood everything perfectly. however, I could not follow the diet through as I could not drink the milkshakes; they tasted disgusting and had a not nice smell to them. other than the taste the diet is excellent and an efficient way to lose weight.

Surprisingly Impressed
4I recently ordered the 4 Week 5:2 Intermittent Fasting Pack as I saw a deal on Groupon. I have never used a diet pack before and thought it worth a try at the reduced price but wasn’t holding my breath for amazing results. I’m not into week 2 of the diet and have lost 3 pounds. I was worried I’d feel hungry on the fasting days but I find the milkshakes tasty and filling enough. I will certainly see the diet through to the full 4 weeks and will seriously consider ordering some more. It's certanly a lot easier that trying to plan and stick to a menu during the fast days.
