Pleasantly surprised!
4I have only used the fasting pack for 1 week so far but i have been pleasantly surprised. I did think that this would not be for me. I do like my food and the thought of not eating anything for 2 days a week was not a good one, however, the 2 days i did on the shakes were much easier than expected. I expected to be starving and grumpy. I don't know if it is because i have got into the right mindset or because of the contents of the shakes, but on both days i found myself not feeling that hungry at all and the adjustment much easier than expected. I have high hopes for the diet and hope i can stick at it. Just one minor issue. The milkshake shaker Exante provided has a pink logo and pink lid! Now i am not adverse to a bit of pink and feel that i am in touch with my feminine side, but being a man in a male dominated office and drinking from a pink flask has caused much hilarity to my colleagues. Thanks a lot Exante! Maybe you could provide neutral colours or give a choice when ordering via the website. Thanks and i hope i can lose a few kilos.

Pleasantly surprised
4Tried these shakes as a final attempt to lose weight after months of being unable to stick to a diet and lose anything. Just in the second week now and have lost 3 pounds. Have always been sceptical of things like this but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't really feel hungry. The good thing is I have been able to stick to it because it is only for one day at a time and I can eat sensibly but normally the next day. I'm glad I tried it.

Exante Shakes
4I have been using the Exante Shakes as part of my 5:2 diet, i have been doing them for 3 weeks now and it is working well. the shakes are really nice, nice and thick and creamy, it feels like your drinking a normal shake! it is really easy to use these on my fast day because i just have 3 shakes and do not have to worry about counting the calories etc. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to loose weight the simple way.

Great results!!!!!
5I have seen really fast results with this diet and I'm so pleased with it. The shakes are actually really tasty and creamy even though they are mixed with water. They definitely fill you up! Don't have anything negative to say as my weight loss has been great :-)

5:2 shakes
5Tried the vanilla, banana, chocolate and strawberry 5:2 shakes just started the plan and each one tastes lovely and creamy I found them quite filling and had 2 successful days on these looking forward to using these next week.

Variety
5Just ordered my second pack of Exante meals. I've been on the Total Solution plan for two weeks now and I wanted to try some more meals as I've mainly had shakes (which are still fab) I am loving the breakfast eggs. Indian curry and chilli are favourites too. I haven't yet found one I don't like! I just tried the porridge for a change and was surprised by how filling it is. The thing I like the most is how easy the meals are to make up and the consistency. Not at all runny and thin but instead very similar to the usual meal. Delicious! Oh and I've lost 11lbs in two weeks and I feel great!

Really easy
4I found these shakes MUCH easier to use on the fasting days than trying to control the calories when eating normal food. I've already lost 2lbs and been on it for a week! The shakes taste nice (although the chocolate is my least favourite as it doesn't seem to mix as well as the others) The Vanilla flavour is lovely!!

Exante Diet
5This is the fifth time that I have ordered from Exante. It is the only time that I have successfully lost weight and been able to sustain it. The shakes are delicious and they are my favourite. They mix easily and are nice cold or warm.
