Lovely shakes but...
4The shakes are gorgeous I could consume them all day: but more of them to actually fill me, 2nd week is easier than the first! The first week I felt starving; 2nd week It feels like a want for food rather than a need for food! Personally maybe the other diet of having shakes / food might have suited me more because it's harder to fit my exercise classes around. I have lost weight though and in only two weeks in- so I am impressed! I weighed 10st2lbs 2 weeks ago and I'm now 9st11lb. I try swim 3 mornings a week only 20 mins; along with 3 exercise classes in the evening on non fasting days. And a game of badminton at the weekend ;)

Good Value at Groupon Price
3I bought this through Groupon and for that price I've found this very good value for money. I would never have tried this at full price but I may consider this again for the future. I found the Strawberry Shake tasted awful but the other 3 are actually quite nice. I have lost 4lb in my first week so fingers crossed this continues!

It works
4Every time I start pounding on the weight again - I order a month supply of Exante diet shakes and bars - and always loose the weight I have put on. What I like about this time and which suits me is that I have a very busy job and don't always get time for lunch - so having the shakes/bar during the day for breakfast and lunch suits my needs - plus I drink lots of water generally so no hardship with drinking the amount suggested. This is not an easy diet and you do need willpower but so worth it when I get back into my smaller size clothes Good communication during and after purchase and also great to receive the update emails and special offers

5Just what I needed to get back on track, have dieted most of my adult life but had got bored so the Weight went back on with the 5:2 you don't feel deprived and using ex ante on my fast days was so easy and never felt hungry.

4I just started doing the exante diet today so far I can say vanilla is my favourite flavour and will keep you posted!!

5The flavours are amazing. I lost 3lb in the first week of 2 day fasting. It was so easy and I wasn't hungry. Would highly recommend this product

3I've been doing the 5:2 with shakes just on two days but they are not very filling. All though I did lose 2 lbs in my first week! It's only been just over a week so will see how I get on!

Superior product
5I was very impressed with the products I received. The shake mixer ensures accurate fluid measurements and a perfect mix. All the flavors are very nice and creamy. Knowing that you can eat sensibly the next day pushes you on to stick to just the diet shakes 2 days a week. I am impressed with the weight loss after just one week and once I get to my target weight I will continue the regime one to two ndays a week to ensure I don't pile on the pounds again.

5I love these shakes!! So tasty and actually fill me up! I definately recommend these products :) I could drink them every day!

5:2 Diet
5I have only just started this diet due to illness, first impressions of the shakes are that they are tasty and filling, as for weight loss it is too early to state. I will give a fuller review when I am a few weeks in.
