Very suprised
5I ordered the 5:2 mixed diet shakes, they came very quick and i was pleasently surprised that the creamy coconut and lemon cheesecake flavoured smoothy shakes were actually delicious. The chocolate, vanilla, banana and strawberry shakes are equally as nice and are actually quite thick once mixed up using water like directed. After my 1st week happily i've lost 4.5lb.

3I ordered the drinks but would have liked instructions with them. Had to look on internet to find out how to make them and when to take them. They are very pleasant.

1Gloopy with a greasy aftertaste. bought 28 day pack...didnt make it past half a day.

DO NOT BUY
1There is better and cheaper don't buy this. It came recommended by an NHS dietician and I fell hook line and sinker. This pack won't even get you through a week, they send you the worst flavours, it takes weeks AND read the returns policy. PLEASE don't do it!

Irish cream shake
5Tried the Irish cream shake today and it was lovely.. Really creamy taste. Mixed it in the shaker with some ice added and it made the perfect shake. This is by far my favourite so far. Have been on this diet for 4 days now. Having 2 shakes every day and a meal at night, and I have lost 4 lbs. I'm just over 8 stone so don't need to loose much, but would like to shed a few pounds, and this diet is doing the trick.

Disappointed
124 sachets and only four flavours! Not even flavours that most people would like I got tropical yuk!!!! X6 Coconut x6 Blueberry x6 And lemon cheesecake!!! Wouldn't recommend this package. Should be mixed selection so if you don't like one or two you haven't wasted your money.

4Good selection of flavours. I bought it as way of trying a few different ones, allowing me to pick my favourites. Love the vanilla, strawberry, blueberry and coconut, they're really nice. Not so fussy on the banana or chocolate as they seem to have a funny taste.
