Really good!
5Bought these as I find them very useful when I'm on the go and don't have time for a proper meal - they are nutritious and keep me going, and best of all they taste surprisingly really nice! And they are not loaded with naughty calories you find in some mayonnaise loaded sandwiches or that chocolate bar! So good all round!

Only brand i will be coming back to
4I have tried way too many brands to name but this is by far the best one. You use water so you dont have the fats from milk AND it doesn't taste any different to a milkshake. Using the shaker provides makes the shakes smooth and lump free as i hate getting a huge powdery lump in your mouth. The flavours taste like they should. I have used my shakes as my lunch replacements and even though i have eaten wht i please for breakfast and dinner, i have still lost weight. The only downside to this plan is you can't choose what flavours you want in the pack, this would be a better option as i don't like chocolate or coconut.

5I like all the different flavours of shakes but not struck at all on the blueberry smoothie,it's too cloggy and tastes powdery

Good starter pack
5I'm really enjoying the shakes and find them very filling. This is an excellent pack to start with and includes a shaker which you really do need with these.

Love this diet
5So glad I tried this diet, I love the shakes - so much all flavours are just yumm- the good thing about the shakes is I look forward to having them - and always finish off by saying delicious - bonus you must try.

really nice flavor
5I has try different types of milk shakes which ones I finish throughout because just has powder flavored,but this one's are really tastes , well i just try one. I haven't start my diet cuz I'm on holiday's but once I come back home I will start.
