5I have been on the 5:2 shakes for a week and already lost 5.5lbs - Shakes taste great and are surprisingly filling. Looking forward to loosing loads more

5This is a great pack to sample lots of different flavours of shake. I haven't found one that I don't like yet! They taste so thick and creamy, you hardly believe you are on a diet! Seeing results already, will definitely be back for more :)

5Hey peeps! After only 1 week on using the exante diet as a meal replacement for breakfast and dinner I am already 5lbs down! The shakes genuinely fill me up with no need for a fruit snack or desire for anything else! (Crisps lol) I'd highly recommend giving it a go! Great flavours choice and easy prep! Take your shaker with water with you and mix when needed! Fresh bubbly shakes on the go!

Really great pack!
5I love these shakes. All of them are really tasty and really Creamy. They leave you feeling full and last until the next meal is due. It is making the diet very easy to stick to as they are so enjoyable and so good. I have just ordered another pack. They are easy to make up - add some ice for a twist, and they are really nice. Very enjoyable. I would recommend these 100%!

5I've just started using the shakes , they are delicious not too sweet as others I've tried , I feel like I've had a treat instead of a diet plan , I think this will be the plan that works for me.

5:2 Diet
4I have just started the 5:2 Mixed Shakes. Week 1 i lost weight, it was hard work just having shakes but i was full and did not feel hungry. All the flavours in the pack are good tasting. And the shaker a real help.

4Can not belive the shakes are so tasty. Its taking me a while to lose weight but not gaining at least.
