Great taste!!!!
4So, I started about a week ago. Easy peasy, I thought I was going to be so hungry I could of eaten a horse, but I went 2 whole entire days without putting a piece of food to my lips!! Amazing! I have a 5 month old baby, so it's seriously hard to fit in the 20 minute exercise that they reccomend you do. I didn't do too much to be honest but within the 1st week I lost 3lb that's how good this stuff is. I rated this a 4 star, because there is just one slight let down, you receive a mixer and a little ball you put inside to shake it all up which is lovely, but I shook mine for about 10 minutes and still had lumps of powder in mine so I'd probably say put the water in 1st and add the powder slowly mixing with a fork or a wish. Otherwise an amazing product. Highly recommend this. Thanks Exante

amazing taste!
5These shakes are probably shakes I have tasted!. They keep you full and are amazingly creamy even though they are made with water. Every flavour is lovely. Highly reccomend.

5I was very skeptical about the diet to start off with as didn't think it could actually be possible to lose weight. I have tried and tried with eating and exercise but no weight shifted. But thanks to Exante fasting shakes I have lost weight and feel great, the shakes fill me up and give me energy and it's the best feeling in the world when i get on the scales and lose lbs!! I have to be strict with myself on the other 5 days but I know it's all worth it. Definitely worth a try as its the only thing that's helped me out a smile back on my face and given me the confidence I needed.

This diet passes the taste test!
5These shakes taste lovely and are really filling. Definitely need a blender or electric whisk as they are so thick. Yum!

Here We Go!!
5This is day 3 of my diet so far, so good. Loving it, as the shakes taste wonderful, creamy, just adore the Coconut flavour. I have gained so much weight over the years and now reached 18.5 stone due to comfort eating as I do so love my sweets and chocolate. therefore, for me the shakes are satifying my sweet tooth. I have become disabled and cannot walk very well. My back is so painful as is my joints and hopefully losing weight will help to improve my mobility. Right now, for the first time in a long while, I feel quite inspired and cannot wait to see what I will lose in pounds and hopefully resulting in loss of Stones. Maybe, I will be able to lose the walking sticks in the near future who knows but I am certainly going to give it a good try..I will certainly let you know the outcome.

shakes away
4I have been taking the shakes to help in maintaining my weight, and am finding them ok... if just a little on the sweet side, apart from that everything seems to be just great. i like using the little shaker it is not as fidldy as the larger shakers you can get and the shakes are ideal for when i am at work, or for a quick easy escape in the morning if i am running late.

That Extra Zing!
4The shakes even though made up with water aren't watery at all - they taste, I fact creaming, like a treat not a diet plan. Like most of us I've tried a wide range of diets and went into this as 'oh well, here we go again, bound to fail. But with a massive surprise to me I'm enjoying it. I look forward to the shakes as a treat and not a poor substitute for one. It's a lovely gentle weight loss but one that's makings feel better on the inside first and the feeling is reaching the outside now as I can feel a difference in me. I'm like looking forward to what the next few months bring because at last I know I'm doing something witch is health as the shakes are full of vitamins and minerals. Go on what have you got to lose ????

Getting Started
4So having decided it was time I took control of my weight, wanting to see the scales go down, rather than up, the only question was what diet? I've tried (and failed) at most going, so wanted something which would be different, but get results. A colleague was trying slimFast, but i thought the range of shakes available was limited, and boring. I received a Groupon offer for the 4 Week 5:2 Mixed Shake plan, and thought this was too good to miss. My box arrived really quickly, with 6 different flavour shakes, plus a really handy shaker to avoid those unappealing lumps of unmixed powder. For day 1 I had chocolate for breakfast, blueberry for lunch and coconut for tea. By evening I did feel a bit hungry, but had lots of water, and did cheat with a (large) handful of grapes. All 3 flavours were really creamy and there wasnt the nasty aftertaste you can get with other shakes, and none that i wouldnt have again. I had my 2 days of "normal" foods, and then my shake day, where this time I had banana for breakfast, strawberry for lunch and vanilla for tea (with a cheating no calorie jelly). Again 3 creamy shakes, and I even quite enjoyed the banana which I would normally try to avoid. The real plus was this morning on weighing myself I was 1 1/2 lb lighter - result! I will certainly be carrying on, and even ordered some honeycomb shakes as a treat, which I could drink all day.
