5I thought when I first saw meals Oh no Iam gonna be hungry ! was most surprised how filling they were 1!I now add frozen cauliflower & powdered curry they r lovely I have porridge , & shakes & a meal & Iam truly full occasionaly have mouse I think the trick is 2 keep busy I swim , & Line dance & walk more then I could do before The shakes could easily be drunk for everyone not on a diet who like Milk shakes & of course they are good for you ! People complementing me now & asking how i did it once you have set your mind on losing weight you can do it . !!! Now I have the pleasure of knowing everything in my wardrobe fits & I hope to stay that way Feel so confident I have given my :fat:clothes away1 Of course the best part of Exante appart from the taste is the price thank you for helping me win the battle of the bulge regards Daphne Barker

5I'm not a lover of Shepard's Pie on any day, so really wasn't looking forward to having this Exante Shepherd's Pie on my diet. But, yet again, I have been so surprised at how yummy this is! It's a lovely, hot, filling meal and its excellent for the colder nights coming in! The texture is perfect, very fluffy and most of all it is delicious! Thank you Exante, keep up the good work!

Shepherd's Pie
5The Exante Shepherd's Pie tastes really nice and is very filling. It stops me from straying off my diet as it satisfies the cravings of actually sitting down and eating a meal off a plate with a fork instead of raiding the freezer for something tasty.

Delish!!
5I have a love love love relationship with this meal. Its deliscous and it tastes just like shepherds pie! Add some Broccolli and Cauliflower on food week and it will be like a good wholesome meal cooked at home. This is my favourite meal and once I have worked through the other packs I have left I will be ordering a box of 50. Tasting this I would never believe it was a Food replacement pack and it is quality products like this that keep me on track. Exante is liberating me from my pitiful existance of when I was more than 31 stone and I am well on the way to regaining control of 'Me'

Wow! Really enjoyable
5I was really impressed with the flavour and consistency of this meal, it is very satisfying and you do feel like you've had a proper Shepherd's Pie! Great new flavour to be introduced to the packs! Definitely on my favourites list!

Best diet lunch replacement!
5I was so reluctant to eat this after seeing the finishing touches (mushy brown stuff) but don't let the look fool you! It's just like eating microwave shepherds pie meal from shop. I eat this for lunch and portion is just right too.

Yummy
5This Shepherd's Pie is absolutely lovely. I've been doing Exante for a while (and have lost 5 stone I may add) and have been waiting for a meal-like product to come out and soon as it was available, I bought it. If you're craving the texture and consistency of "real food" then this is a no-brainer - it tastes lovely and is now my favourite meal from Exante. I have a friend who does Exante and we often have 1x Shepherd's Pie and 1x Red Bean Chilli between us, to make a truly authentic Shepherd's Pie and tastes lovely!
