Take the 5-day shake challenge that will help you spring into your weightloss journey, or give you that pick me up that you need.

Across the 5 days, you will visit different destinations, and you have to drink 3 shakes found in each destination. We also recommend an additional 200 calories a day.

Each day has a fun and light-hearted theme to be a fun challenge to keep you motivated on your weight loss journey.

Along with the 3 shakes a day, each day has a different fun challenge for you to take.

DAY 1: CHOCOLATE HEAVEN

Kick start this challenge with in chocolate heaven, because who doesn’t love chocolate right? Here are 3 chocolate-inspired shakes to help kick start this challenge.

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
  • Chocolate Mint Shake
  • Chocolate Orange Shake

Today’s challenge: Take the stairs. Skip the lift or escalators!

Along with your chocolate shakes, we recommend an additional 200 calories a day of food, here are some delicious snack suggestions:

  • Nutella Spread (15g) on 2 slices of white toast (40g) is typically 184 calories.

DAY 2: CARAMEL WORLD
