Why Skipping Breakfast Could be Hindering your Weight Loss

We’ve all heard the old mantra ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’ and it’s stuck with us for many years. It not only gets the metabolism working more quickly and keeps you distraction-free all morning, but it’s also super essential for keeping healthy throughout the rest of the day.
