1. Mini Cheesecakes

Why not transform your shakes into a delicious mini cheesecake?! Add 10g of mousse mix or gelatine to the shake (made up with the usual water amount). Meanwhile, prepare the Gooey Chocolate Pudding to the packet instructions and place at the base of a container. Pour shake mousse mixture on top and leave to set! Once set, dig in…and enjoy!

3. Cupcakes

  1. Mix 2 scoops of the Vanilla Pouch Shake and preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Use enough water to turn the shake powder into a paste.
  3. Add one egg and 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix to form a cake batter.
  4. Pour into a lined cupcake tin.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
  6. To make sugar-free ‘icing sugar’ – mix powdered sweetener with 1-2 teaspoons of corn-starch to prevent clumping – this can then be used to create buttercream following a standard recipe!

4. Flavour Combo!

Why not mix it up with a flavour combo? Try adding 1/2 scoop of Vanilla with 1/2 scoop of Strawberry for a sweet and fruity shake up. Or, how about mixing Chocolate with Strawberry for a twist on a summer favourite! With exante Pouches, the flavour combo opportunities are endless…what will you mix?

Forget the high-calorie ice cream options down the supermarket freezer aisles. Why not make your own exante style ice cream?  Any flavour would work for this exante style gelato! Plus, it’s the perfect option to cool you down on a sunny day!

To make, combine 1 scoop of any shake mix with 200ml of water and whisk with an electric whisk. Place the mixture in the freezer and whisk every hour for at least 3 hours to disturb the ice crystals. Once done, freeze for a final time and enjoy!
