World Baking Day: 3 pack hacks you need to try!

🍰 To celebrate World Baking Day, we’ve collated our favourite baking pack hacks from the last few weeks. Dig out your mixing bowl and weighing scales – it’s time to get creative in the kitchen! 

  1. Low Carb Bread Pudding

First up, we have Kate’s beautiful low carb bread pudding using Apple & Cinnamon Porridge, and Berry Yogurt combined…here’s how:

Ingredients: 

Method: 

  • Mix both halves of the porridge and yogurt packets together 
  • Add a splash of boiling water and microwave to thicken it 
  • Slice the ‘bread’ and spread a thin layer of of Skinny Food Co Jelly and Unicorn spread on each side 
  • Place bread slices in an oven-proof dish, and pour over the apple/yogurt mixture 
  • Bake at 180 until slightly browned and bubbling 

275 Calories and 20g carbs…delicious!

2. Mocha Frappe Cookie 

A super simple, yet delicious pack hack from Jaz_does_exante…here’s how to make the Mocha Frappe cookie: 

Mix the Mocha frappe shake with 30ml water. Mould into a cookie shape on a microwavable plate. Microwave for a couple of minutes and top with Skinny Food Co chocolate spread! YUM. 

3. Cheese & Bacon Bread Roll 

Fancy a savoury option? Here’s how Kates.losing.it created this amazing low-calorie bread roll! 

Ingredients: 

Method: 

Mix all the dry ingredients together before adding the egg white and water. Pour the water in slowly until you get right batter consistency. Add mixture to a very small greased spring form tin and baked in oven at 170 until golden and firm to touch. 

Leave to cool and spread with any low-calorie toppings of choice!
