Celebrating our #WomenOfexante

First up, meet Mel who has lost over 6 stone on her exante journey…
Why did you start exante?
“Hi, I’m Mel and I’m a Mum to 2 young boys. Back in the 2020 Lockdown, my weight reached its peak, so, in May 2021, I decided to make a change.
I tried theweightloss plan and lost 12lbs in my first week, I carried on doing this plan for the next 5 weeks then decided I wanted to exercise as well so I added a few more calories into my plan. And I lost 6 stone 6lbs in 8 months- that’s 1/3 of my body weight! I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin, I’ve gone from 19 stone to 12 stone 8lbs and now I have a BMI of 26 (my BMI was 41 before). The energy and confidence I have has made the hard work so worth it!”.
