Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

With the festive season soon upon us, many coffee shops are launching their festive and Autumnal flavours of coffee. However, these coffees can often be high in calories, sugar and more. We have a solution for you…Create your own Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe? (Recipe created by Alex’s @alnicsw on Instagram.)

It’s the perfect, indulgent autumn treat which you can enjoy without the guilt that the high-calorie coffee shop alternatives usually come with. What’s even better is that you’ll probably have most of the ingredients in your spice rack already!

You will need:

  • 1 exante Unflavoured Shake
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Ground Allspice
  • ½ Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 200ml hot water

Method:

  1. Mix the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground allspice and ground cloves together in a bowl (Alex suggests making a bigger batch of the spice mix to use throughout the autumn. Store in an airtight container)
  2. Add 1 tsp coffee, 3 tsp of the spice mix, your exante Unflavoured Shake and hot water to your shaker
  3. Shake until combined and pour into your favourite mug
  4. Enjoy your autumn treat with the satisfaction of knowing you’ve stayed on plan!
