What vitamins are in exante meal replacements?

Lowering your calorie intake to lose weight means reducing the amount you eat, but if you’re not eating a variety of nutrient-rich food, you could end up missing out on the essentials! Not only is it necessary for us to consume enough protein, and healthy fats whilst dieting, but we also need to make sure we are not missing out on our essential vitamins and minerals!

Vitamins are essential micronutrients

Unlike macronutrients, carbohydrates, fats and protein, vitamins and minerals are nutrients we need in very small amounts to keep our body healthy and happy, hence the name ‘micronutrients’ (NHS Vitamins and Minerals).
