Laura Hamilton, 37, the TV personality for ‘A Place in The Sun’ shares her top tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What are your top tips for losing weight and keeping healthy?

In order to lose weight, you need to limit your calorie intake and monitor your portion control. One of my top tips is to drink lots of water – this is a great way of filling yourself up and has made a huge improvement to my skin too! Also, I’ve started to replace coffee with herbal teas.

After hearing about exante from a friend, we decided we would start the diet together. I saw exante had amazing reviews and it was a great option for someone like myself who wanted to diet with a busy lifestyle.

How has Exante become a part of your daily lifestyle?

I love having an exante shake for breakfast, it’s quick and nutritious. I spend a lot of time out and about, especially filming on location, and exante products are nutritious and convenient. The bars are much better than tucking into naughty treats from the crew’s snack bag.

How do you keep fit and healthy?

I exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. I run around after my children constantly so I’m always on the go. I have a savoury tooth so I’m always snacking on cucumber, broccoli and celery!

What exercises would you recommend for keeping fit?

I have my own fitness app that I created a few years ago with my PT.  I can do it anytime, anywhere! It’s a HIIT workout program and I absolutely love it.

What is the one food/drink that you couldn’t live without?

I’m a popcorn addict – almond and peanut butter flavour is my favourite!
