When is best to drink exante BURST? Day or night?
A sachet of the original and Cold Brew BURST contains 83mg of caffeine, which is similar to the amount in a cup of coffee (we’d recommend drinking no more than 4 a day), (2) so it’s a perfect refreshing drink for the morning or whenever you need an energy-pick up! For our Caffeine Free ranges, these can be consumed whenever you’d prefer.
