- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 Exante low sugar smoothie
- 1 peeled, ripe banana
- 1/4 cup raw chopped walnuts
- 2 pitted organic dates
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth. Serve warm.
