For Women’s Health Week, we wanted to celebrate Nietta who is an inspirational woman who has taken control of her health and lost weight following the exante diet plan. Follow Nietta’s journey @exantelosing80 on Instagram here as she strives to reach her goal weight of 9 stone.
Meet Nietta, who is 28 years old, from Sherborne in West Dorset, who has lost 2 stone 4lbs following the exante 800 diet plan so far. Her stomach has gone from 51 inches to 43 inches.
Start Weight: 16 Stone
Current Weight: 13 Stone 8lbs
Meet Nietta who has lost over 2 stone
Mother of two, Nietta, has felt so much better since losing over 2 stone with exante. Nietta says she moves better, and sleeps better since losing the weight. “I’ve always suffered with awful skin and that has almost completely cleared up!”
Nietta says it got to the point where she couldn’t go on a short walk without chaffing and being so uncomfortable. Now she can walk over 10 miles and enjoys it, and feels no pain!
Nietta says “It has impacted my mental health more than anything.” Since starting exante, Nietta has come off anti-anxiety medication which she feels fantastic about.
Why Nietta loves exante
Nietta says a very low calorie diet works for her because she is tempted by food. With the clear and easy exante plan, she rarely veers off track. Nietta enjoys the Indian Daal Pot, as well as the two new bars, the Salted Caramel Bar and the Chocolate Fudge Bar. She also enjoys the Banana Shake, the Strawberry Shake and the Cookies & Cream Shake.

How Nietta follows the exante 800 plan
Nietta tends to have 4 products a day, but on the days she does eat an additional 200 calories of food, she loves a Tuna & Onion Salad, or with the sunny weather at the moment she enjoys a burger from the BBQ with a salad, so she can eat with her kids. She said another favourite is chicken fajitas in lettuce wraps.
What is Nietta’s Advice
Nietta says to “Definitely join the communities on Facebook!” She also advises that “Opening yourself up on a weightloss journey with a specific Instagram account was the best thing I did! When I feel I want to eat or that my willpower is bending, I jump on Instagram and look at everyone’s progress, their meals and products and advice. It works wonders!”
Another piece of advice is to try not compare yourself to anyone.
“I’ve found my body loses drastically differently to sme others and that disheartened me at the beginning. Use it as a guide, but don’t compares your losses or your body. Every pound down is moving in the right direction regardless of how long it takes you!”
