150g carton 0% fat strained Greek yogurt
100g fruit such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or mango cubes
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted
1 tsp runny honey

This recipe is suitable for the following diets: Simple Solution (LCD).
1. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl, and stir in the fruit
2. To measure the honey pop a teaspoon in a cup of boiling water, remove and ensure it is dry, then dip into the honey.
3. Drizzle the honey over the fruit mix then sprinkle over the seeds.
Serving suggestions; Try with a few chopped walnuts, chia or pumpkin seeds.
