exante website on a computer

Starting Exante Diet is easy and can be done in minutes!

Step 1

Choose the Exante Diet products you'd like from our online shop. Whether you’re on a 3 or 4 pack-a-day plan, you’ll be getting the calories you need, just over 3 or 4 servings. If you’re on Total or Total Plus Solutions, choose 150 calorie packs for 4 meal occasions and 200 calorie packs for 3 meal occasions.
If you’re on Working, Simple or Man Plan, then choose 3 pack-a-day options using 200 calorie packs.

With a delicious range of Exante Diet products, including soups, shakes, bars and food packs like pancakes, sausages, eggs, raspberry porridge, pasta carbonara and shepherd’s pie, there’s a lot to choose from. Try exciting drink mixes to spice up your water and our fantastic shaker bottles for extra frothy shakes! Great savings are available when purchasing boxes of 50 or a month’s supply so get shopping now.

Step 2

Once you've added all the products you want to your basket, you can complete your order by proceeding through the checkout process. Existing customers can log in to their Exante account so they don't have to fill in their details in again. New customers will be required to create an account when they place their first order. This makes future orders much quicker, and enables you to track your order. This is also required because you must complete a short health check as part of the checkout process.

Step 3

Once you have placed your order you'll receive confirmation of your order by email. You'll receive an email from Interlink Express a little later confirming your delivery date and time. You can expect to receive your discreet package the next working day (if you completed your order by 9pm Mon-Fri). Please note the above applies to UK mainland only. For information on other territories visit our Deliverypage.
